TERMS & CONDITIONS

By placing an order, making payment, or using the services of Royal AR Import, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Customer Information

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including:

• Full name
• Active telephone number
• Email address
• Any other information required to process the order

Royal AR Import will not be responsible for delays, missed notifications, or difficulties arising from inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

2. Multiple Orders

Customers placing orders for multiple items should use the same name, telephone number, and email address for all orders.

This enables Royal AR Import to properly identify and consolidate orders that arrive in Ghana within the same shipment or batch.

3. Payment Confirmation

Once payment has been successfully completed through the approved payment channel, there is no need to call or message an administrator to confirm the order.

Our system/administration receives the order information associated with the payment.

Customers should retain their payment confirmation or transaction reference for their records.

4. Official Payment and Shipping Notifications

Our official Mobile Money payment details are:

Important: This number is for Mobile Money transactions only and is not a customer service/call line.

When your goods arrive in Ghana and shipping charges become applicable, Royal AR Import will notify you by SMS. Shipping-related notifications may appear under the sender name “RoyalImport” or “RoyalAR.”

Customers should be cautious of individuals requesting payment through unofficial numbers or channels.

5. Order Update

Customers should check the subsequent order update after making payment.

If your name or order does not appear in the next update following your payment, you should contact one of our official office lines promptly so that the matter can be investigated.

6. Customer Due Diligence

Customers are responsible for conducting reasonable due diligence before placing an order or making payment.

By proceeding with a transaction, the customer confirms that they have had an opportunity to review the company, the ordering process, the product information, and these Terms & Conditions.

7. Estimated Delivery Period

Goods are expected to arrive in Ghana approximately three (3) months after the relevant order period has closed and the goods have been shipped.

The three-month period is an estimated delivery period and not an absolute guarantee of a specific arrival date, as international shipping may be affected by circumstances beyond Royal AR Import's reasonable control.

8. Product Information and Descriptions

Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product descriptions, specifications, measurements, sizes, colours, quantities, and other relevant information before placing an order.

Where a customer is uncertain about any product detail, particularly sizing or specifications, the customer should contact Royal AR Import for clarification before completing the order.

Once an order has been confirmed, the customer is deemed to have accepted the product information provided at the time of purchase.

9. Shipping Fees and Collection

Product prices and shipping charges are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

Once the goods arrive in Ghana and the customer has been notified, the applicable shipping fee must be paid within fourteen (14) days.

Failure to pay the applicable shipping fee within this period may result in the goods being treated in accordance with our Refund Policy and Legal Rules below.

10. Unclaimed Goods

Where goods remain unclaimed after notification of their arrival, Royal AR Import reserves the right, subject to applicable law and these Terms & Conditions, to take reasonable steps to recover outstanding shipping, storage, and related costs.

Where the applicable period has expired, the goods may be resold and the customer's refund, if applicable, will be determined in accordance with the Refund Policy.

11. Storage Charges

Where goods remain unclaimed after the applicable collection period and are still held by Royal AR Import, an additional 10% storage fee may apply, in addition to the outstanding shipping fee.

12. Exceptional Circumstances

Royal AR Import will make reasonable efforts to ensure that orders arrive within the estimated delivery period.

However, international shipping may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping disruptions, customs-related delays, carrier issues, regulatory restrictions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

Where an order cannot reasonably be fulfilled because of such circumstances, Royal AR Import may, depending on the circumstances:

• Provide a full refund; or
• Reorder the affected item, which may require an additional estimated delivery period of up to three (3) months.

Customers will be informed of material changes affecting their orders.

13. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order, making payment, or otherwise proceeding with a transaction through Royal AR Import, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, the Refund Policy, and the Legal Rules.
