ROYAL AR IMPORT

LEGAL RULES & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Acceptance of Contract

A customer who places an order or makes payment through Royal AR Import confirms that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

2. Accuracy of Information

Customers must provide accurate information when placing an order.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may affect order processing, delivery, communication, and refund eligibility.

3. Payment Responsibility

Customers must make payments only through Royal AR Import's officially designated payment channels.

Customers should not make payments to personal numbers, unofficial agents, or third parties claiming to represent Royal AR Import unless the payment channel has been expressly confirmed through an official company channel.

4. Fraud and Impersonation

Royal AR Import will not be responsible for payments made to unauthorized individuals or unofficial payment channels.

Customers are responsible for verifying payment instructions before transferring money.

5. Order Information

Customers must carefully review product information before confirming an order.

Questions regarding size, specifications, quantity, colour, model, or other product characteristics should be raised before payment.

6. International Shipping

Customers acknowledge that international shipping involves processes and circumstances that may be outside the direct control of Royal AR Import.

Estimated delivery periods may therefore be affected by circumstances including:

• Shipping or carrier disruptions
• Customs procedures
• Regulatory requirements
• Port or transportation delays
• Natural disasters
• International logistics disruptions
• Other circumstances beyond reasonable control

7. Shipping Fee Obligation

Once goods arrive in Ghana and the customer has been notified, the customer is responsible for paying the applicable shipping fee within the period stated in the Terms & Conditions.

Failure to do so may result in storage charges, resale of the goods, and/or a partial refund in accordance with the Refund Policy.

8. Unclaimed Goods

Customers are responsible for collecting their goods within the applicable collection period.

Where goods remain unclaimed, Royal AR Import reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to resell the goods and apply the applicable refund provisions.

9. Storage

Where goods remain in Royal AR Import's custody beyond the applicable collection period, storage charges may apply.

The standard storage charge under this policy is 10%, in addition to any outstanding shipping fee.

10. No Verbal Waiver

Unless expressly confirmed by an authorized representative of Royal AR Import, informal statements, promises, or assurances from individuals who are not authorized to amend company policy do not constitute a variation of these Terms & Conditions.

11. No Circumvention of the Ordering Process

Customers must follow the official ordering and payment process.

Royal AR Import reserves the right to investigate transactions where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, impersonation, or attempted abuse of the company's ordering or refund procedures.

12. Disputes

Customers should first contact Royal AR Import through an official company channel to resolve any dispute concerning an order.

The parties should make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably before pursuing formal legal remedies.

13. Applicable Law

These Terms & Conditions and transactions conducted through Royal AR Import shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Ghana, subject to any mandatory consumer protection or other applicable legal requirements.

14. Right to Amend

Royal AR Import reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions, Refund Policy, and Legal Rules when necessary.

Any updated version published on the official website will apply to transactions placed after the effective date of the updated policy, unless otherwise required by law.

15. Customer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, making payment, or continuing with a transaction, the customer acknowledges that:

1. They have read the applicable policies.
2. They understand the estimated delivery period.
3. They understand their shipping-fee obligation.
4. They understand the rules relating to unclaimed goods.
5. They understand the applicable refund provisions.
6. They have had the opportunity to ask questions before completing their order.
7. They agree to comply with the applicable terms.
